Where Are Nanit Products Made?

Nanit's camera hardware is manufactured in China. The company itself is headquartered in New York, with a research and development team in Tel Aviv, Israel, where much of its computer vision and software work happens.

That split is deliberate. Nanit co-founder Assaf Glazer has said the company ran its early production in the US before moving manufacturing to China once it was ready to scale, while keeping its core software development in-house.

About the Brand

About Nanit

Nanit is a premium smart nursery brand known for combining excellent video quality with some of the most advanced sleep-tracking features available. Rather than competing on price, the company focuses on delivering a polished app experience, detailed sleep insights, and an ecosystem designed to grow with families over time.

Where Nanit stands out most is its software. While many competitors prioritize hardware alone, Nanit has built its reputation around intelligent monitoring and analytics. That approach comes at a higher price and includes optional subscription features, making it best suited for parents who value smart functionality over budget pricing.
